    Hi Guys

    I really need some help advice ..Im graduating next summer and I was thinking about moving to America (NY) and I was wondering if anyone knows if it possible to get a visa without going trough USIT and know any other visa that is out there and any advice would be great.

    Was going to say afaik J1 is supposed to be abolished but poster above git there before me.not easy to get into US to live and work anymore.id say your best bet is to find a job and company willing to sponsor you.Id say if J1 is going greencard lottery will be done away with too

    DO you want a full time job there or a work travel visa?
    If you can't get a work visa.
    You could get a job with one of the big American companies and transfer at a later date.

    That's only for executives ... getting a transfer on anything but exec level/specialised knowledge is pretty much unheard of
