Acoustic underlay in attic needed?

I just had my attic converted and the 10mm laminate flooring was out down by accident without using an underlay. The floor is flat, but concerned about acoustics/impact noise. Considering using this for storage, maybe to hang out but nothing to mad.

Anyone have advice as to how beneficial acoustic underlay would be considering I'd have to take half the floorboards up? They are flick laminate so wouldn't be the end of the world but not sure how much benefit I'd get out of the underlay at this stage.

    Thanks!

To take up a click floor number back of boards install under lay and re lay should take all but an hour to do

What way is the attic constructed? Floor suspended from 2 rsj's?

If the floor is not connected to the ceiling below you won't have any noise issues...
