Air to water heating issue

    Hey,

I have a Panasonic Aquarea air to water heating system and just tried to turn on the heating for the first time in about 4 months however nothing is happening. The system heats the water and has been doing so all summer. I turned on the heating upstairs and downstairs and not a beat out of it. Is there anything I should check or do? Could it be air locked? Not a plumber as you can tell.

    Regards,
    Joe

Not much pick up here, prob because most would suggest contact the plumber who put it in, If we give advice we might be wrong

If you cant contact the plumber then i would contact your closest Heat Merchants branch as they would have supplied it.

I am assuming they hold the warranty on the units?

Thanks! I will contact the plumber as it's just not working. Frustrating as it's a two year old house and have had them in a few times already
