2 bucket method washing (with grit guard)
PH neutral shampoo (no wax additives preferred)
Microfiber wash mitt
Drying towel
Simple liquid wax
Handful of quality plush microfiber towels for buffing

An all purpose cleaner so can mix up to wipe down interiors/glass etc

Should be enough to start you off, I would add a pre wash to that if you can afford. Either snow foam with a lance on a jet wash or a citrus pre wash spray.

After this you either are fed up of cleaning or on verge of financial bankruptcy because you have the detailing bug and about buy huge amount of products for various things.

Detailing shed is one place to go

Oh yes, go on you tube and look up video's by ammo NYC, he does some very good bids on what to do etc etc with out going on for hours.

Everyone will have their own preference of brands to use . I mainly use Gtechniq,Soft 99,Carbon Collective and Chemical Guys all depending on the product

I'm following this thread as I'm new to cleaning and will be looking into the advice above.

I live in an apartment so will be getting one of those portable weedkiller pressure things as they seem decent for a prewash. Need to get bucket, grit guard and mits too!
