Debit from my account

    Dear Sir or Madam, 

    I received a text message from BOI today due to a debit from my account. However, I already transfered the amount tto the payee. 

    II would like to know how I can cancel such debit once I am abroad at the moment.

    Can you tell me is it a Standing order or a Direct Debit that you have set up for this payee on your account?
