Flywheel rattling at startup a while now, so thinking of changing it.
I've done a few clutches before.
Anything majorly different doing this to say a petrol focus(last clutch I did)?
Front subframe need to come down?... it's the 6 speed box.
    Marty.

If you can do a clutch on another car, you can do one on this as well. I did a flywheel/clutch on a 08 Focus 1.8 TDCI and it was handy enough. Not sure if you need to drop the subframe on the Mondeo though.

Cheers... yeah I imagine it's just a LOAD of pulling and dragging... yours a six speed?.. I think that dictates whether or not the subframe comes down.

Subframe out regardless and that six speed is one heavy lump.

Can steering rack be disconnected from subframe and slung up with subframe down?
    Marty.
