    I keep different calculations on various calculators online. Is there any one that is accurate?

    I am 183.5cm. 78.5kg and want to reduce BF from 15.8% to ~10-12%. I lift 7 days a week.

    Lifting 7 days a week is too much, I would think. Also, how do you know you are 15.8% bodyfat?

    How long have you been lifting for, and what is your current macro breakdown?
