Saorsat RTE2 Jittery Screen

    Anybody getting a jittery screen on RTE2 for the All Ireland final?

    Other Saorsat channels are working fine.

    Thanks, I thought it might have been something with my setup.

    Bad form from RTE, possibly one of the most watched events and a dodgy broadcast

    I'm seeing the stuttering again on the Ireland match, not as bad as Sunday's game, but it's present

    It's poor here too. Any live sport is stuttering mad especial at goal kicks or puck outs. They need to sort it out.

    I noticed it here too and was wondering if it was my LNB or something. I gave up on Saorsat and had to go back to Sky.

    Am I imagining this or did we have this problem before? If memory serves 2RN changed something which messed it up for many people and eventually undid the mistake after a lot of complaints. Naturally they denied anything ever happened.

    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing when I opened this thread.

    Pretty sure it has happened before.

    I've already sent an email to 2rn on Monday about this, will follow up again tomorrow.

    It only appears on the live sport on RTE I find.
    Movies and adds are fine.

    If other's could send an email, it might help get this sorted, possibly they will believe me!

    I noticed it also when Dublin were playing Tyrone in the All-Ireland semi-Final, but noticed it on the RTE 6.1 News also.

    2rn have told me the problem appears to have been rectified.
    So hopefully we can enjoy the game tomorrow, time will tell.
