Renewing a C visit visa for the UK for my Asian wife

My wife, a Filipina, has just had to travel to the UK to get a new passport (absurdly, the Phils Embassy here does not issue them). Problem is her multiple entry C visit visa for the UK will probably not be carried forward as the Phils Embassy in London will not bind her old and new passports together. Anyone got any…

Anyone got any experience of doing this?

Have looked on the You Gov website for the UK, but it's useless and its UK£5.48 per email question feature won't send email queries.

My partner gets a 6 month multi visit visa for being spouse of EEA national. We apply like I will be part of the traveling party and we just specify that we are on a day visit to NI. Doesn't cost anything and, as result, free to travel anywhere in U.K. for a six month period.
