    Hi,

I phoned my local branch to speak to a mortgage advisor to enquire about a payment break on my mortgage-find out more information etc and NO BOI I am not nor ever intend too be in Arrears.
Firstly it was all press 1 for this and 2 for that then enter my mobile number, anyway I couldn't speak to an actual human, in the end they sent me an SMS with an on-line link to book the appointment.
I did, only to get a recorded message with a phone number for the BOI Mortgage Arrears department.
Such a bloody song and dance to enquire about something. Is there no specific mortgage dept apart from the arrears department that can answer these questions-likely to phone them and get a lecture from someone in the other end.

    Hi BaldyRua,

Thanks for contacting us through Boards.

Very sorry that you were unhappy with this service. You can call the mortgages section directly on 01 611 3333 and select option 1 then option 3 and you'll be put through to a Mortgage specialist that will be more than happy to have a look into this for you.

Thanks again for getting in touch,
    Darren.
