Do I need to receive a cert after installation of stove.

Hi all As the title suggests I got a stove, new hearth, fluliner, and granite surround fitted (6" surround fitted around inset stove). My question is should I have been issued with a cert, with for example installers name, smoke test results etc etc. Thanks
