Can't login/register to My Water section

    I tried to register to My water section at water.ie website and it failed at last step (problem on server side I assume). Right now I can't login (says incorrect login details, recovering username and password returns no account error) and can't register (says this account is already registered or can not be added at this time).

    So I think I am stuck, can anyone help about it? I can provide screenshot also!
