    Hi All,
I am looking at journey times between Portlaoise to Dublin (City Centre and Navan Road areas). Work related times 9 to 5.30.
What I hoping to find out is:
    • What are trains like (terms of getting seats and reliability)
    • How long does the journey take from Portloise to Heuston?
    Any tips appreciated.

Direct Trains are approx 45 mins.
Commuter are a little over an 1hr.

The commuter service is pretty regular service at it services all the stations in between. between. You will definitely get a seat.

I work a lady who does it every day and says its an excellent service. Far better than driving.
