who do I talk to about this.

My outside front wall is getting pushed up from beneath and I think its the big cherry on the street that's causing it.

Any idea who is responsible ?

    Thanks

    Public path = Local Council

Thanks. Does this mean the end of the tree though ?

Depends on the opinion of the local council.
They may inspect it and make a judgement on it. But the tree was probably there before your wall?

I think if it is causing damage to property they may remove it to remove the risk
