What to use to fill tiled floor around toilet waste pipe

We got our bathroom retiled and I didn't think to ask the tiler or builders to give it a nicer finish around the waste pipe. Unfortunately because we used a dark floor tile, the light coloured adhesive and grout used to fix the tile around the waste pipe is quite noticeable, especially with the pipe being white and a rubber seal being black.

What I'd like to do is to neatly fill in the whole area around the waste pipe (which is downwards into the floor) and then paint it with same colour as the floor tiles so it looks a bit neater.
I know it would need to be anti-fungal etc... So what do I use?

I also hope I can get the materials in a rather small quantity as I don't wanna get a 20kg bag of grout or some-such for just a small job like that.

I think what you need here is an anti fungal grout, most tile shops would have it in stock in small bags. All shops should have 5kg bags, if not smaller.

If the original grout job is lower than the level of the tile then you are right to re grout it and bring it up to level with the tile, otherwise it is a potential germ trap.

Grout comes in a lot of different colours now too so you may not have to paint it afterwards. Benfer is one brand I know that do a very wide colour range of top quality grout.
