I need help, our PVC windows can be locked slightly open a gap of an inche or 2, this morning i locked it like this but it didnt click. When i checked to open it back up its stuck. The handle is down fully. So i can only access 1 of the 2 screws to take handle off. The lock button on the handle wont even push in to release the mechanism. Help, what do i do?
The window is brand new by the way.

If that window is brand new then do not interfere with it as you will invalidate the warranty.
I would suggest you get onto whom ever you got it from.
