Any info please on procedure for missing tickets for next weekend's EP festival. Can they be re-issued?

Are they hard copy or etickets (print outs), if its a hard copy and you still have the receipt, that might still have the unique number, I don't know, but good luck anyway. :) If its hard copy with no receipt though you are pretty fcuked.

Yes, they are hard copy tickets. Have to check for receipt... The proof of purchase would be on bank statement, if that was any use??? 😬

Tell them you never received them, not sure how cooperative they are for lost tickets

definitely go with the never received them, brother lost tickets before and they would not re-issue.

agreed with the above. they'll often just say "tough" if you say you lost them.
if you say that you never recieved them (assuming they were posted out and not bought in person), they'll cancel and reissue. you might have to collect them at the box office down there in that case.
