    How the do you buy a car. Im clearly missing something. Have the cash and garage. Webt to bennys to try pick 1 up but givea me nothing

    You buy them from the in game web service on the phone. Although you can steal and keep cars, then customise them. You can only do this for cars under sports models and down.
