Hi, Please dont read Dr Google , if you have any ailment or sympton Dr . Google will have you written off , nearly every odd thing I've googled has given me worst case scenario and all its done is given rise to anxiety.
Please speak to your health professional and get advise plus explanations relative to yourself.
Ask all the questions you can think of about your condition
Answets take away the anxiety our minds conjure up.
Good luck and take control of your situation.

Get the book Treating Arthritis the Drug Free Way by Margaret Hill SRN.
It's full of great advice on diet and lifestyle which plays a huge part in arthritis symptoms.

Don't panic, I was diagnosed with RA nearly 30 years ago and like you had a small child so went into every possible way to help myself. I have followed Margaret's diet to a larger extent ever since and am still going strong.

Wait for your consultant's appointment and watch what you eat and above all try not to stress about it as stress is a trigger.

I sympathise. Its hard to come to terms with being told you have a condition but many people live with RA and live an very full life.
Its a very managable condition. I have psoraitic arthritis which is similar and I have 3 kids, a full time job and hobbies.

I get tired and achy sometimes, but it has not changed my life much.

Google is not your friend at a time like this.
Dont focus on the word disease. All illnesses, including the common cold are diseases.

Give yourself time to get used to this news. Listen to the consultant. Look at how your diet can improve. Manage the condition and you can live your life.

    Good luck,
