Planning for new build in existing estate

    just looking for some advice on a site near where i live that i was interested in buying.its .1 of acre in a existing housing estate of one off houses.The site is sold without planning and is berween two houses.What are the chances of planning being granted easily here?il post the link below.were living in the area with two years but we own our own home which im told would go againt us?Thanks for any replies in advance
