Astra Twintop boot will not open

The boot on my Astra Twintop will not open. This would not be a problem but the roof is inside it. I have disconnected the battery and reconnected. There is no click noise from boot release. As there is no key for boot does anyone know how to open it or recommend where to get it opened. Once opened I can put roof back up…
