TomTop Issues

    Hello

    I have recently placed some orders with TomTop. Last time I ordered there was no problem, item arrived about 2 weeks after ordering. I have placed orders on:

    - 10 August. Item was in stock and was supposed to be posted with 72 hours. Blurb on the items page still says that's the case
    - 13 August. Item was in stock and was supposed to be posted with 72 hours. Blurb on the items page still says that's the case
    - 17 August. Item was in stock and was supposed to be posted with 24 hours. Blurb on the items page still says that's the case

    All of these were paid via Revolut (payments are no longer pending according to the app) and TopCashBack has picked them up and gave me provisional cash back

    However in my account all of them are still flagged as "processing" and none as "dispatched". I have tried at least two e-mail addresses to contact them and not received a reply

    Has anyone ever experienced the same? Could it be that the items have been posted and my account is just not updated?

    Has anyone successfully contacted TomTop????

    Posted out yesterday, not sure if it's coincidence or whether the subject of my latest email "Order query (will open PayPal dispute if no response)" was a factor

    They are a shower, Home button/ Fingerprint Sensor gone on phone only 2.5 months old.
    Its been a month of emails over and back, send this video, wait for technician to come back nad jsut delaying tactics.

    its the 2nd phone i bought off them but will be the last.
    They are not even the cheapest anyway compared to saay Gearbest ( excellent Customer service so far)
