Characters that appear in the cipher text.
    A-Z
    a-z
    0-9
    /+
Nothing special about the file size. It's 8000 bits. Frequency Analysis turned up nothing.
    What do you think?

is it really all the letters A-Z, a-z and not just a subset?
are the /+ likely connectors between fields or similar?

while the character set of output can reveal a huge amount about the type of encryption used.. i reckon we'll need more info or else we'll just be shouting out encoding and cipher types.

one thing you know is that it is not any modern encryption as we wouldn't expect the output printable characters.

For your frequency analysis are you sure the plaintext is English? if you are sure that there is nothing from the frequency analysis then that rules out basic substitution ciphers..

Thats the same characterset as base64. I assume you've tried that?

Any chance of a sample, even by PM?
