Not honouring extended warranty cctv

    Hi all i purchased cctv for the house in 2014 of a security company and was offered a 5 year extended warranty for any defect for an extra 249e which i bought. So about the start of june my dvr recorder just went dead and i rang the company to tell them. Yeah we will have somebody out by the end of the week.... 10 weeks later and 10 calls later still nothing i paid over 1000e for this system. Is there some consumer regulator u can complain to for extended warranties or what path should i take ??
