Finding a wedding dress

Similar to a recent poster, there's a dress I really want on Light In a Box but I'm wary of ordering it given that's websites reviews.

I don't think about clothes much, so I've no idea where to find anything like it or whether it would be expensive to have made. TBH, I don't even know how to describe it in order to search for something similar.

I've done some provisional sleuthing and haven't been as successful this time unfortunately. Some things kind of point to this designer, so it might be worth contacting them with the picture to query if it is them?
