Mobile phone strange texts

    Hi don't know where to post this so mods feel free to move. I got a text message from a company promoting their product yesterday. That's fine. I had signed up for that. however today I received the same message from a different number. Then another message saying my boyfriend 'name' wants this product. Another two messages saying buy it.

    I did a scan using avg anti virus but nothing came up as abnormal. I have noticed my internet is very slow. Not loading things properly.

    Anyone have any advice as I am pretty freaked as they used personal information like my boyfriend name.
