Folks, This is a bit left field but here goes...if anyone has one of these T-nuts lying around then please give me a shout. I managed to lose one :o I've tried a few cycling establishments nearby but they have nothing suitable. I'm hoping not to go down the 'Buy something similar from a DIY store and grind it down to fit…

Folks,
This is a bit left field but here goes...if anyone has one of these T-nuts lying around then please give me a shout. I managed to lose one

I've tried a few cycling establishments nearby but they have nothing suitable.

I'm hoping not to go down the 'Buy something similar from a DIY store and grind it down to fit the shoe' route so please PM me with a price or I can exchange for a coffee/cake and chat about cycling (or other more interesting subjects) at a time/place that suits you.

maybe give tucks in finglas a shout? i've not been there but apparently they're the people for nuts (they're not cycling specialists, mind).
