Is it burning oil or any sign of blue smoke from the exhaust?

Ive never checked exhaust for smoke

That's hugely high and your Lambda and HC readings would suggest that you're car is supplying a lot if fuel that's not being burnt. Take it to a good mechanic and have them inspect you car as it could be any of a huge amount of possibilities.

Burning oil in itself isn't anything bad. A car just burning 1l/1000km will still be ok emission-wise. A German manufacturer was making cars that drank that much at the dealership...

The issue arises when an oil burning engine starts to work with low oil level (which isn't that hard when it sucks like a calf). Additional wear goes on the cylinder surface and rings etc. Compression is gone - and that's basically game over...

How would i know if compression gone, without doing a compresion test?
If i floor it would low compreshion just splutter?

Your car had a lambda of .80, this has nothing to do with burning oil

Exactly, get the air/fuel ratio sorted out first of all and we'll see where it goes from there. As it's running (quite) rich the possible causes are the oxygen sensor, MAF, injectors (unlikely if it's a Mazda though) or the themostat, but the engine malfunction light should have come on.

If any mechanic says it's the catalytic converter then you need to get a new one as that will not cure your problem (having said all that, if you leave the engine run like this for too long you will wear out the catalytic converter).

An engine burning oil shouldn't affect the emissions (assuming the air/fuel ratio is correct) unless it was using more than 1 litre every 600 miles.
