I usually get a text from them the day before, but I did not get one last week, I assume because of the bank holiday Monday and it completely slipped my mind. I missed my sign on day on Tuesday, just realised this evening when I saw the date on my receipt. I usually get a text from them the day before, but I did not get one last week, I assume because of the bank holiday Monday and it completely slipped my mind.

My payment is usually in on Mondays, if I go down first thing Monday morning should I still be able to get the payment that day? Or will I be waiting? Last got paid on the Friday before the bank holiday so a little stuck if they choose to delay the payment.

I believe you will not get paid, it will be delayed. if your signing day was Tuesday you would have to sign on before closing Thursday (Maybe early Friday)
