Chickenpox

Hi I have adult chicken pox, the first spot was on friday the 4th (thought it was a bug bite) then the following day I got sick and broke out in them. Anyway I have isolated myself since then and not gone out in public so I don't pass it on to any vulnerable people.

I have finished getting spots a few days ago and most of my ones are now in the final stage (the scabbing stage) but I do have one blister left (although it is noticeably better since yesterday)

My question is when do I stop being contagious? There is conflicting information online which says either your contagious for 6 days or else that I'm contagious until the last blister scabs over (Sorry, gross- I know)

So basically do you think it is ok after 7 days to go to the supermarket or should I hang on till the last blister has completely gone down?

    Thanks

I had chicken pox as an adult a couple of years ago. G.P only gave me a sick note for a week and I was working in a building used for ante natal clinics. I felt really drained for a couple of months after.
