Filling Pot Holes. Chip and Tar Drive

Hi folks. I have a few small pot holes in chip and tar drive where a few weeds have taken root. Are there any recommended products to fix holes? A tar based product that I fill the hole in with and it sets? Holes are about 2" wide by 2" deep. But will no doubt further erode if left. Thanks
