Could P21 request force JSA repayment?

A number of years ago my spouse was claiming JSA for approx 6 months..Our taxes were then/are now joint assessed with me claiming their tax credits..It then was stopped when we were Means Tested and my earnings were deemed too high for it to continue..If I were to request a P21, may we be asked to repay the JSA received…

Not at all . JSA and tax have no common denominator . JSA will not appear on P21 .

You can only ask for P21 for the previous 4 full tax years
