Internal oil boiler -positioning a condensor dryer beside it?

This may well be a daft question but...

we have an internal oil boiler which has a space next to it for another appliance. The appliance would have to be slidable in and out to allow for access to the boiler. Presuming we can arrange this, is it ok to put a condensor dryer next to it? Are they any danger to each other?

If new appliance needed to be moved to service the boiler, then perhaps this isn't an appliance space, but a service space for the boiler.

Its an old utility, its a 'nothing' space really but we want it utilise it

Ask your boiler service man to have a look sometime he's passing to see if he's ok with your proposal.

Is the oil boiler balanced flue or open flued?

If it's open flued there maybe a serious implication regarding ventilation requirements, and could lead to a dangerous situation regarding carbon monoxide.

    It did.

Hopefully theres a dual thermostat somewhere, and no kid's with long fingers !!
I recommended taping up the holes.
Old dates on labels indicates recent work & inhibitor,

And yes, boiler is balanced flue, so that's not a problem.

a picture with the door off would be more informative

It will depend on the size of the room & the amount of Ventilation, as the condenser dryer requires air. If the room gets too hot & starved of air the dryer may not work correctly.
    Check manufacturers requirements.

Does that help? Sorry its under a worktop at a bad angle.

For what it's worth we're hoping to replace it with an outdoor boiler next year

Original picture would have told you that if you looked at the bottom of the door. :)
You could see the bottom of the air box.

Hence my answer before ye amatures need more clues.

Well, too be picky, you can see the air box is missing the two from retaining bolts, so technically at the minute it is not room sealed.
