How much is Government Duty on a Visa Debit/ATM Card?

    Can you confirm if I never use an ATM, only POS in 2017 the stamp duty will be €0 on my debit card ?

    Thanks for your post.

    Yes this is correct. There will be no Government Duty when you do not use the card to withdraw cash at an ATM, and only use it at a point of sale throughout the year.
