I just visited my brother and he told me something that shook me to my core.

He is sleeping with a 44 year old woman. Our mother is 43. He isn't a bad looking chap,he can literally have any one his age.
This disturbs me . How can I help him? or how can i stop him doing this?

    Why does it "disturb" you?

OP this is none of your business. They are both adults. More than likely he's having the time of his life - it more than likely is just a fling but these kinds of young guy-older woman flings are hot stuff (both are at their sexual prime)!
He probably doesn't have 'mummy' issues, so you don't need to worry about it.
Leave him alone, let him enjoy himself, but butt out - he won't appreciate it.

What makes you think he needs help?? Or to be stopped??? He's 23, an adult, and unless there's some other factor here you're not mentioning in your post the only objection you have is her age, that's she's 20 years older than him. If the age gap doesn't bother him, it's really not your concern, OP. This is his choice to make.

It's absolutely nothing to do with you.

He's doing nothing wrong or illegal. He's an adult.

Leave it alone and be happy he's found someone he likes and who likes him.

It's not your business OP. Just leave your brother alone and enjoy his relationship. He probably likes older women and it's not a problem.

So what if it disturbs you, it's nothing to do with you. I know plenty of 44 year old women that a 23 year old would be lucky to be sleeping with.

Frankly, you asking how you can "stop him doing this" is more disturbing.
