Hkc app gone from App Store

    I have had the hkc app on my phone since nov 2016. I switched iPhones today as mine smashed :( and weirdly hkc app has disappeared. Tried looking for it in the apple App Store but it is not there??? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks a million :)

    Still on the play store.I would say its a glitch more than anything else.

    Kool kid don't ask me what I am on! Maybe it's €12.99? Or €12?
    It includes a yearly service which I must organise! Don't think I get anything else? Get alerts on phone if alarm is set off but presume that's from the app rather than company?


    Just looked it up €11.99....it's at the bottom of this page!

    Hi
    The link isn't working. €144 is good value if its an annual service contract covering all calls & labour .
    The app charges are not good value IMO. There is better value out there.
    See the sticky for some information on them.

    I wouldn't call one service call a service or maintenance contract.
    The next package where you can buy Garda Response is interesting to say the least.:eek:
    You can buy Garda Response but not key holder notification??
    Key holders are normally notified before Garda Response.

    Hmmm ok! I presume I can cancel contract so? I had had it nearly 2 years!
    If so will app still work? I like having the app (if I ever get it on this phone!!)

    You would still have to pay for the app with HKC. One of the 2 options I listed above.
