If I decide to live in one of the properties I rent out is there a min limit of the amount of time I have to stay there before I can move out and rent to another tenant

6 months if you want to get rid of them.. rental rpz rules still apply unless you live there for 2 years. If you move out before 6 months you need to notify previous tenants to see if they are interested in living there again.
