Thyroid disease and Crumbling teeth. Full denture advice please.

I suffer from Hashimotos thyroid disease and Fibromyalgia auto immune disease. Over the course of the last four years I've lost most of my teeth. I've only six lower teeth left and eight upper teeth left. Most of them have started to crumble due to the impact of a partial denture I have to wear. The continuous fillings and treatment causes me to have a bad flare up which makes me very ill for weeks on end. I feel like I can't win. The pain from getting treatment, and the pain of continuous filling and extractions has taken its toll on me and I am 100% certain I want to get all remaining teeth extracted and get a full set of dentures.

I've lost bone structure and my face has fallen and aged so much from the lack of teeth ( I'm 39). The partial denture is impossible to eat with so I end up having to take it out and use the only remaining teeth I have, which is impossible as I don't have any side teeth so I eat like a rabbit with the front teeth. I haven't enjoyed eating a meal in years and I avoid any social events due to how much it has affected my self-esteem. I just want my life back.

I know full dentures are not easy and have their own problems but nothing can be as bad as how my teeth are now and how restricted I feel. I've tried numerous times to discuss this with my dentist but she refuses to extract them all saying I have to save them. But the reality is I get a filling then the next month the neighbouring teeth need a filling and so on. Due to my low immune system it takes weeks to recover from extractions, so that is my only concern with regards to getting them all done at once.

Can anyone tell me is there anywhere in the South East that would be willing to extract all remaining teeth for a full denture? I have a medical card but I'm willing to pay as I can't go on like this anymore. Or if anyone has been in a similar situation please advise.
    Thanks in Advance.
