What exactly is Person Detection?

Just wondering if this is worth paying the extra for ???

It says If you want to opt for more cloud storage of footage there are basic and premium options - the later of which offers person detection and motion zones, but only if you are paying.

Looks to be stuck to a window so there is hope it wont reflect the infrared off the glass.

When the camera picks up motion it sends what it sees to the cloud storage.

do u think its worth gettting that or just stay with the 14 day storage which doesnt have this detection

So its 3.99 per camera for the 14 days storage.
Cloud storage is good to have as if you had a dvr installed and an intruder was to bring that with them any footage is gone.
With the cloud storage you dont have that worry as its in the cloud, just have to be mindful that if you are away for 14 days then the footage if you need it early in that time may be an issue. A mix of cloud and self storage would be the better option imo.

yes Altor would be better option both but this camera does not have this option
