Radiator question

hey guys We have relocated recently for a year while our own house is sorted (long story ) Anyway two radiators need replacing but they are electrical ones that hang on the wall , iv never seen/dealt with them before, Are the cheap to replace or more expensive than a regular radiator and where would I get them in Ireland,
