Spotinor for blowfly prevention

Hi folks, Would you recommend the use of Spotinor as a good prevention for blow strike prevention? I have only a small few sheep left that are all clean and was wondering if the above is effective? I know the label says it's good for "established blowfly" but would like your thoughts. Thanks

The 'established blowfly' phrase suggests it's effective on removing the maggots
