    Hi,
The Fibre connection box is on the same telegraph pole as the analog line that comes underground into my house - to connect my house to the fibre line is is just a case of making the crossover on the pole or does it require another line coming all the way into the house?
    Thank you.

    Hi LMK,

thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to advise of this. When your area is being upgraded to fibre broadband, the technicians carrying out the work will decide on the best way to get this service installed.
