Hi,

Recently bought an apartment, in dublin city centre, which has some ventilation problems and a little damp. Am thinking of spending some money on it to get it into better condition. Does anyone know of any good apartment refurbishment companies?

Types of things I'm considering to get done,

fixing ventilation system, painting, replacing old storage heaters, replacing 3 windows, regrout/clean grout and deep clean of bathroom
