132 BMW 520d

    Hi,

I'm turning 18 next month and have passed my theory and driving test.

My patents have helped me buy a 132 D BMW 520d, and I have put myself down as a named driver on their quote, so I shouldn't be worried about insurance.

What I'd like to know is what to expect from it, it has low enough mileage BTW.

What is it like to drive, what should I know before I start driving, is there anything bad that I should know of?

    Thanks

Being a new driver you can pretty much expect it to be scraped/dinged/dented at some point during your first year of driving and if it doesn't then you are very lucky. These things happen to new drivers so dont be too disappointed when it does! Other than that best of luck with it!

I guess you can expect a life of spoilt privilege and never knowing the value of working hard for your rewards.

Have you got a quote for insurance yet? Odd car choice for an 18 year old I have to say. Got my first 520d at 30 and Jesus I felt like a family man even though I wasn't. Now that I am, I've a coupe again :)

If it's an M-Sport it'll handle reasonably well for the type of car, the SE is a bit more soft in every respect. Very comfortable to drive around in, plenty of torque for both motorway and city driving. I assume you've driven one?

My cousin had a brand new A3 at 18 and an Aston Martin at 21. That's spoiled..

Lol. OP is not very good at this trolling job. Same theme and the same style from various new user accounts every few days. OP has no creativity whatsoever.

Thankfully now it won't be too long before the schools are back.

Remember BMW535D and his other account, maybe it's his little brother lol...

    I remember a 21 year old getting a new RS4 in 2007 and it lasted 2 months.

You're not the same lad that was on here last week supposedly looking to buy a 7 series beemer for a 24 year old are you? There's an odour of rodent about these threads. That other thread seems to have disappeared.

Guys, the OP is a troll and now a site banned troll. :)

He has been here before in other guises and no doubt we will see him again in the future attempting to use the site for self gratification which is part of the pathetic lifestyle he leads.

Pat, well done so far. But a BMW 520 are too common. Go for something better and buy petrol.

Too true. Tractor engines. Bring back the 1990s and the 6 cylinder petrol cars.

This is a spam thread. The OP was banned, why bring it back to life?
