This is on Keel beach on Sunday. Should be an excellent day for families with kids.

Just a quick update... This is good.

I've been to a few of them. There's a "make you're own kite" workshop for kids. The kit is actually really really good, they've people there to help the kids, but parents can help. The kids kites are very solid if made properly and can gain a lot of height. Great experience for kids flying fairly high altitude kids that they made themselves. Older kids can have a bit of craic adding an extra line to extend height. There will be a few amazing novelty kites there from overseas experts. The wind forecast looks perfect, but there could be a few showers.

    Enjoy. Good family fun.

(dad will turn in to a psychotic lunatic trying to get the highest kite)

Great venue; seems to be a good kiting wind today.
Congrats to all involved for arranging this, and best of luck to all involved
