    Hi
I have a field of oaten straw on the flat and will have oil seed rape straw needing to be chopped and have no chopper on my combine. I was thinking of getting a brown's straw chopper for the back of tractor .
Was wondering does anyone have any experience with one and what kind of job will it do?

Could you leave it in the swarth for the winter and before ploughing it next Spring just toss out the straw with a haybob and plough it back in?
