Just wondering if anyone suffers from this and if they found anything that helps? In quite a bit of pain ! Been taking EPO for a while but don't think it's kicked in yet - or is doing nothing. Always 14 days before due until it arrives.

    Due your period is it?

I get some breast pain alright from about day 20 of my cycle onwards. And when pregnant, pretty much for the whole pregnancy. Nothing debilitating usually, and isn't an issue unless someone bumps into me. I wear a very supportive padded bra around day 24-29. They don't budge, and I find that lack of movement helps.

Is EPO erthropoietin? Used usually for anemia or by cheats in the tour de france?

I'd say see your doctor and feel free to change doctor if you are not getting anywhere. if that's a prescription, tell them it's not working.

Evening primrose oil. Just bought it from the pharmacy ! I've an appointment this week so we shall see what they say but I'm fed up being in pain with it :-(

Ah right. Yeah, sorry, I didn't cop you were talking about supplements. Yes, evening primrose oil is marketed for breast pain in the supplements sector, but it isn't any more effective than placebo as far as I know. Here are some other ones people use for it.
