Hi my fuel gauge has not been working right since i got my car. When i put fuel in the gauge doesnt seem to move more than half way and this is annoying as when i think its running low im sure theres more fuel in it than its showing.
Anyone know the reason for this? Thanks

This is the car detailing section, we can help you wax the fuel gauge?

I had a similar problem with a Corsa years ago, the problem was that fuel tank had gotten dented and the device which relays the level back to the gauge was kaput. The solution was a new fuel tank bought second hand.

Is it that it when you fill it, it only goes up to half.

Or is it that it doesn't drop below half?
