Wheel should be true and not have knackered bearings, but otherwise will accept an old wheel.

Specs say 1750g for a pair which is middleweight if you are generous. Basic alloy training wheels are 1800g - 1900g.

Have 1400g wheels ATM but want a more aero front without any weight increase.

Incorrect. You are looking at the current model track version of the wheel which is massively overbuilt with different hubs and higher spoke count (like most track wheels). This is a road version from a couple of years back and as a pair they have a combined claimed weight of 1296g.

Now if you really want light wheels, I can offer you a set of 2009 Reynolds dv46 ul t wheels.. 46mm deep... upgraded to an 11 speed freehub (official kit from dtswiss who make the hubs)... Less than 1100km on the wheels. Come with gp4000 tubs. Weight is 1040g for the pair. I kept these because the 2010 onwards editions upped the spoke count and added 100g weight... and they brought out the awful.. unmaintainable and flexy rzr46 instead (which ag2r shunned and rode the dv46 instead of. These would not be cheap though. €850. The good stuff is never cheap.
