    1.Strong chemical taste from drinking water (Stillorgan area)

    If you are experiencing a strong chemical taste from your drinking water, please PM the following details and we can investigate this for you.

    3.Water Payment Refunds - In the Future?

    Currently, the decision regarding future domestic charges and the refund of water charges is being reviewed by the Government and we will notify customers of any changes in government policy.


    4.Wastewater pipe connection schemes

    Irish Water does not offer any schemes or grants in relation to new connection works for private side water or wastewater infrastructure. You may wish to visit the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government website, www.housing.gov.ie which may provide some insight into possible grants available for works on private property.


    5.Letter stating last bill has been discharged

    In order for you to receive the documents that you require, you may wish to email section48requests@water.ie directly.
